So I restarted the game again and i've gotten past raithwall, i decided to go back and kill the other demonwall and get demonsbane. We killed the wall and went to the room.

But...

no demonsbane!

What happened? It's not there!

Dx explaination please?

never happened to me before. first time for everything i guess

ive just restarted as well level 6 and not beat the rogue tomato yet. i hope it doesnt happen to me

ELL, it's not a glitch, it's just another one of those lovely random chests. What I recommend doing is saving right before you check the chest. Then, go to the chest, and if the Demonsbane isn't there, just reset and try again. You can get multiple Demonsbanes from that chest, also.

From what I remember it goes like this:

70% chance the chest will appear

20% it will be nothing

50% it will be a mote (holy I think?)

60% chance it will be gil

10% chance you will actually get the demonbane sword
