I'm rating today as a 10/10

My husband, my sister, and I bought a duplex today. Home ownership! Finally, no more renting itty-bitty over priced apartments in the ghetto!

But the PC is still on the blink ! It does'nt like "cold start"...

Other than, there was a good weather today... smile.gif

Not a bad day, played some games and got some good school work done. Bit worried about an exam I have tomorrow cause my revisions gone crap, and my friends have been ignoring me tonight. Still, could be worse.

Michiko: What are ya gonna do with ur life then? I am curious!

Lol Fox.

Weeeell I've been having trouble deciding what I want to do in college. I seem to have WAY too many interests and I am not a fan of being bogged down to one certain job, doing the same thing all the time. This even goes to so called "creative" jobs like writing or acting.

So I thought for a while. I love the Japanese language. I love to travel. I like to eat exotic foods. I like to talk in front of people. I love wearing stiletto heels and being all sophisticated and shit with a briefcase.

And voila! The perfect job! Duel majors in Japanese and International Relations (room to breathe here. not EXACTLY sure what yet) at Uni and then I will first begin to teach as an English teacher in Japan to gain experience in the language itself. Then I will get a job as a translator and hopefully move my way up to representing Japanese companies on the North American side.

Something along those lines.

Aaaaahh cool. I love Japanese as well, but I can never sit down and make myself learn it (which is a shame cause the course I've got rocks). As a result my learning of it is progressing slowly.

I myself am gonna take a Games Design course at Bolton uni next year. Went up to an open day on the weekend and was great. So that weekend gets a 10/10. 6 of the graduates from that course got their FIRST industry jobs as developers for Evolution Studios, working on Motorstorm.

So looks like a damn fine course!

OK 3/10. My day just plummeted as I realised I forgot to call my dad after I said I would, and now I am guilt stricken knowing he's feeling all forgotton and is probably hating on me pretty bad right now.

Gargh.

An "OK" Day. Went into Town, it rained, I got wet. My Hair is a mess Lol. Haven't done much since then really, suffering from Artists Block which is so bloody annoying. Especially when you're in the Mood to make something.

Oh and I was having a Footy banter/wind up with my Mate who's a Manc xD

I only had 3 hours sleep, I have my least favorite classes in college today, it's colder than a well-digger's ass outside. . .Ok, I'll quit complaining!

I was a 0/10 but now I'm around a 6/10.

I got maybe 3 hours of sleep last night. I went to school because generally I can handle sleep deprivation but LO AND BEHOLD certain bodily functions got in the way and whatever energy I did have left was sucked out and left to die. So I left school early because I tend to feel like clawing people's eyes out around these times. I took a loooong nap and now I'm eating organic cheese puffs so hopeyfully everything will be happily ever after.

Another good thing is that today is another day of incredibly light homework. There is more snow on the ground and the world outside looks terribly beautiful.

Erm, 8/10.

The good news is that I managed to get an offer for my preferred university course. This was such a relief as now my mum has stopped worrying and has stopped giving me lectures about what to do incase I failed to get in... rolleyes.gif

Anyway, the bad news, is that the process I have to go through to accept my offer online is driving me up the wall... I thought this was supposed to make things simpler??

I've been to the carving workshop, and I've installed my 2.1 system (a subwoofer and two speakers) on my desktop PC...

Only a 9 becuase I woke up all itchy and had spider bites sad.gif I hung out with friends before I went to work because I exempted my 6th and 7th period classes. Then I went to work, which was actually fun today. I just ate dinner and am about to pick up my gf to get ice cream, then I'm gonna play poker with friends and probably sleep over at someone's house.

What's the problem, Swordsman? I had to do the whole applying online thing as well and it was OK. You're using the UCAS system right?

Today is a 8/10

Nothing immensly special, but school's quite relaxing and I'm all excited about a new project. My friend and I are starting our own gaming webcomic, and I found out I can actually draw well enough to pull it off!!! Tomorrow will be less good as it involves spending 20 on art supplies!!!! Also, I lost my National Insurance number card so I have to go to the social security office tomorrow and ask them how to find my number out. Argh.

Still, today is good cause I borrowed Burnout 3 of a mate! Yeeah!
