Topic.

I would say that my favorite piece of literature is The Jungle by Upton Sinclair (1906). It is about a family of Lithuanian immigrants who come to America, but only to find crushing poverty. A very powerful novel.

My favorite author...I don't really have one.

I really can't pick a favorite piece of literature or a favorite author.

But here's a list of some of the authors I enjoy:

Peter Kropotkin
Rudolph Rocker

Tom Clancy; his attention to detail and plot intricacy is second to none.

QUOTE
One after one, by the star-dogged Moon,
Too quick for groan or sigh,
Each turned his face with a ghastly pang,
And cursed me with his eye.

Four times fifty living men,
(And I heard nor sigh nor groan)
With heavy thump, a lifeless lump,
They dropped down one by one.

How can you not like that.
