I'm currently reading Loveless...im not sure whether to call it a yaoi or not but...so far its kept my interest

im also readin death note...which is sooo much better than the anime...i think every death note fan should pick this up

but i highly recommend Kamikaze...that is if your into action...its kinda graphic...but it kept me wanting more because of all the surprises they throw at you...

Currently I just follow Nana, The Flower of Evil, Goong, and Naruto. Out of them I'd probably recommend Nana the most. It has interesting story and wide cast of well though out characters unlike in most other manga.

From what I read before I'd also recommend Death Note and Paradise Kiss.

Battle Royale is the only one I've ever read, and I enjoyed reading it.

Currently I'm reading none.

But yes, I strongly suggest Death Note as well, for people who are interested in suspense psychological thrillers. I own the full series in Mandarin Chinese.

Remember to support copyright, ya kids.

I honestly don't know ( they're too many!).

Now that NANA stopped being serialized in shojo beat, i'll have to start buying the volumes.

That made me kind of mad as well. I liked reading nana in shojobeat at the bookstore. Not only are they going to only be only selling in manga form. They're going to plastic wrap it due to the rating. That means no more ripping off the bookstore and reading it there. ;_;
I loved the death note manga. It pwns the anime by far. X-day is a good two volume series. It's quite depressing, yet I really liked it. Paradise kiss was really good as well. <3 I started reading Red River yesterday and literally can not stop. I'd recommend it. :3

Chobits
xxxHOLIC (I *really* reccomend this one)
Tsubasa Chronicle (it's ok. takes a few volumes to get into.)
Kare Kano (artwork not amazing but fantastic storyline)
Angel Sanctuary (pay a lot of attention to the details and the names as it could get confusing)
Ayashi no Ceres (Ceres)
Fushigi Yuugi
Azumanga Daioh

and here are some that I've only read one installment but it might be something to pursue:

Lament of the Lamb
Kill me, Kiss me
Alchino (the artwork is really nice..kind of makes up for the somewhat lame story)

yeah.
Oh I've always wanted to read X-day! The author of x-day also writes After school nightmare, which is awesome. there's pretty good love triangles there.

I read Naruto and Fullmetal Alchemist.

Naruto is a good one! mix humour and dark story. I like it. Characters are interesting.

Fullmetal alchemist is more sad I think even if it has some humour too sometimes! but really different as the anime. That's weird, isn't it? I wonder why! I like the brothers relation!
And their objective.

How is it different?
Because I've never really read the manga.

My friend just recently introduced me to both the manga and anime series, and I'm completely in love with it now. (Heh, that's kind of coincidental - I have a half-finished sketch of Ed on my lap right now) I don't really have a preference between the manga and the anime, though. They're both quite different, but I love them both. Granted, I haven't finished the manga yet - I'm only up to volume 10 or so, so I suppose I can't really say. Still, there are some things in the manga that I prefer, and some I prefer more in the anime.

The only one I've read is Ironfist Chinmi, and that was a cool manga.

My friend just introduced me to the Death Note series. But she only lent me the first 6 volumes, so now I have to wait to find out what happens! sad.gif

^ I occasionally read Death Note, too! Very rare, though. I also read Astro Boy, but whether that counts as manga or not, I'm not sure.
